GENERAL QUESTIONS:

DO I HAVE TO PAY TAX ON WINNINGS FROM MY BETS?

20BET does not impose any fees on its users. However, local tax authorities in your country might have laws in place regarding either winnings from betting specifically or capital gains in general, which stipulate that you’re required to pay tax on your winnings.

Please note that it’s your responsibility to ensure that you comply with the tax regulations in your country with regard to any winnings or the funds you withdraw.

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM EMAIL NEWSLETTERS?

If you don’t want to receive any promotional emails from 20BET, you can unsubscribe in your account settings or by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the last email that you received.

CAN I SEE MY BETTING HISTORY?

You can see your betting history by going to “My Account – Bet History". Alternatively, you can choose to receive regular reports on your betting activity by email.

IS 20BET AVAILABLE IN MY COUNTRY?:

Our website is configured in such a way that it can only be accessed from countries where gambling is legal. Please note that you can only use our site in accordance with the laws of the country that you play from. It is your responsibility to ensure that you abide by the laws of your country when using 20BET.

BETTING:

THE TEAM THAT I BET ON HAVE WON. WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED A PAYOUT?

When placing a bet, make sure you understand exactly it is that you’re betting on. Otherwise, your bet can still lose despite being placed on the winning team. For example, if you bet on a team winning in regular time and they win in extra time or a penalty shoot-out, your bet loses.

WHY WAS MY BET VOIDED?

Bets can be voided for various reasons. For example, a sporting event may be canceled or one of the competitors may be disqualified. Moreover, total bets are refunded if the outcome is equal to the total shown on the site.

CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK IF I LOSE THE BET?

Unfortunately, you can’t get a refund on the money you’ve lost placing bets.

I ACCIDENTALLY PLACED THE WRONG BET. CAN I CANCEL IT?

Our site would offer a "Cashout" feature if you placed a wrong bet. If your bet is not calculated, you can sell the bet slip back to the company and immediately get the money back into your account. You can read the full terms & conditions for the "cashout" feature here.

PAYMENTS:

I MADE A DEPOSIT, BUT THE FUNDS HAVEN’T BEEN CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT

At 20BET, we do everything we can to make banking operations as quick and simple as possible. However, sometimes there are variations in the time it takes to process a deposit. These occur due to the payment methods themselves and, unfortunately, we have no control over this.

Different payment methods have different withdrawal and deposit speeds:

  • When using eWallets, funds are usually credited to your account almost immediately, the maximum processing time for this deposit method being 15 minutes. 

  • Deposits made using cryptocurrencies or debit cards and credit cards can take up to 24 hours to process.

If over 24 hours have passed since you made your deposit and your balance still hasn’t been topped up, please contact our customer support team with a proof of payment. We’ll do our absolute best to solve this issue for you.

WHY HAS MY WITHDRAWAL REQUEST BEEN REJECTED?

There are various reasons why a withdrawal request can be rejected. In the vast majority of cases, withdrawals are rejected by payment providers. 

In order to minimize the chances of your request being rejected, please make sure you use the same payment method both to withdraw and to deposit your funds. Also, make sure you’ve provided all the information required to make a withdrawal via the chosen method and that the information is accurate and correct. If none of the above works, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then log back into your account.

CAN I MAKE A DEPOSIT WITH SOMEONE ELSE’S CARD OR EWALLET?

It’s prohibited to make a deposit to your account from someone else’s means of payment. Please make deposits only from payment accounts which are registered in the name of the 20BET account holder.

In cases it is deemed necessary, funds may be returned to the account used to make the deposit without prior warning.

DO I NEED TO UNDERGO VERIFICATION TO MAKE A WITHDRAWAL?

The first time that you request a withdrawal we’ll ask for you to upload the documents and our support team will contact you to guide you through the verification process.

MY ACCOUNT BALANCE IS IN A DIFFERENT CURRENCY THAN THE ONE I MADE MY DEPOSIT IN

If you make a deposit in a currency that is not supported by 20BET, it will be automatically converted into one that is (e.g. EUR). Such transactions are processed by the payment provider, who may charge a small fee for currency conversion. 20BET doesn’t charge you anything for currency conversion and bears no responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of exchange rate fluctuations.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO WITHDRAW FUNDS?

Since transactions are handled solely by payment providers, withdrawal times vary depending on your chosen payment method.

If you’re using an eWallet, we try to process all withdrawal requests within 12 hours. After that, the funds should appear in your account instantly. If you’re using a credit or debit card, on the other hand, withdrawals can take up to 7 business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are faster and usually take less than 24 hours.

CAN I CANCEL A WITHDRAWAL?

You cannot cancel a withdrawal if it’s already been approved by us. However, if your withdrawal request is still pending, you can contact our customer support team and request that they cancel the withdrawal.

WHY CAN’T I VERIFY MY EMAIL?

If you’ve received an email but it didn’t activate after you clicked the enclosed link, please try using a different internet browser. If you haven’t received an email from us, please check all of the other folders in your email account.

I CANNOT ACTIVATE MY PHONE NUMBER

Please make sure you enter your phone number without a zero, +, or the country code when trying to activate it. If this still does not work, check if the number you’ve entered is correct. If it is, contact our customer support team.

I CHANGED MY PHONE NUMBER. HOW DO I CHANGE THE PHONE NUMBER IN MY ACCOUNT?

If you still have access to your previous phone number, you’ll be able to access your account and change the phone number in your account settings.

Otherwise, please contact our customer support team by email and attach documents verifying your identity. They’ll help you change the number linked to your account and activate your new phone number.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY COUNTRY, ADDRESS, OR OTHER INFORMATION IN MY ACCOUNT?

Please contact our support team by email and attach documents verifying your identity. One of our customer support specialists will get in touch with you and inform you about the next steps you need to take.

I WANT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT

There may be various reasons why you might want to close your account. If you wish to do so, simply contact our support team with your account number.

Alternatively, you can simply avoid logging into your account for 3 months and it will automatically be blocked. In other words, your account will be blocked if you don’t use it.

CAN I REACTIVATE A CLOSED/BLOCKED ACCOUNT?

It depends. If your account has been blocked automatically, it can be reactivated once it has been unblocked. However, if you personally requested that your account be closed (e.g. through self-exclusion), your account cannot be reactivated.

BONUSES:

WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED MY FIRST DEPOSIT BONUS?

There may be several reasons why you haven’t received your first deposit bonus.

Firstly, please make sure you’ve filled in all of the required fields in your account. Otherwise, you will not receive your bonus.

Secondly, please make sure that you’ve deposited the minimum amount required to get the bonus.

Then, make sure that you haven’t ticked "I do not want any bonuses" checkbox in your account settings.

Finally, please bear in mind that 20BET offers two different first deposit bonuses: one for sports betting and another for casino games. You cannot use them interchangeably or receive one if you have already received the other.

WHY DID I GET A SMALLER BONUS THAN EXPECTED?

20BET bonuses have maximum limits. For example, our 100% first deposit bonus is limited to €120. This means that if you make a deposit of €150, you will get a bonus of €120, not €150.

WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE A FRIDAY RELOAD BONUS AFTER MAKING A DEPOSIT ON A FRIDAY?

The Friday Reload bonus is automatically credited to your account after you make a deposit that qualifies for this bonus. There can be several reasons why you may not be able get this bonus, such as:

  • You’re not an active player (i.e. you don’t play regularly).

  • You withdrew funds before making a deposit on a Friday.

  • You have other active bonuses.

  • You ticked "I do not want any bonuses" checkbox in your account settings.

CAN I GET A NO DEPOSIT BONUS?

All bonuses available on 20BET are those listed on the Promotions page. You cannot get any bonuses that are not listed there.

CAN I DISABLE THE FRIDAY RELOAD BONUS?

You can disable the Friday Reload bonus by ticking the "I do not want any bonuses" checkbox in your account settings.

Please note that this will disable all of your unused sports betting and casino bonuses, as well as any bonus bets and potential winnings gained from them. Moreover, your bonus account will also become unavailable.
